Privacy notice
The company identified above is responsible for processing personal data in connection with these websites and enquiries addressed to Leon Inox. For privacy questions or requests, email sales@leoninox.com, mentioning “Privacy”.
Information and purposes
- Enquiries and quotations: name, company, contact details, website and any message or files you choose to provide are used to respond, prepare a quotation and support the requested business relationship. Required fields identify information needed to handle the request; please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
- Meta lead forms: when you contact us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the details you submit and advertising/form identifiers may be transferred to our Bitrix24 CRM to handle your enquiry and assess advertising results.
- Website operation: technical information, such as IP address, browser, device, page requests and session information, is processed for delivery, security and protection against misuse.
- Analytics and advertising: subject to applicable cookie choices, page views, interactions, referral/campaign information and online identifiers help assess website use and advertising performance. Yandex Metrica includes interaction maps and session replay. Google Analytics and Google Ads support analytics and advertising measurement; Meta tools support advertising measurement and audience features.
Legal bases and your choices
Handling a request for a quotation or service may be necessary for steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract. Routine business communication and protecting the website may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Legal obligations apply where records must be retained. Optional analytics, advertising cookies and communications requiring consent rely on that consent. Sending an enquiry does not by itself mean that you accept every optional cookie or unrelated marketing communication. You can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing using the contact details above.
Service providers and recipients
Authorised personnel and service providers may process information needed for their role: Bitrix24/Alaio for websites, forms and CRM; Google Workspace for business communication; CookieScript for cookie choices; and Google, Meta and Yandex for the functions described here. Advertising service providers may access relevant campaign or enquiry information within their assigned work. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Processing outside the EEA
Some providers operate internationally and their services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Provider documents explain their processing arrangements and transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable: Bitrix24 DPA, Google privacy information, Meta privacy information and Yandex Metrica DPA. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request. Cookie consent does not remove applicable requirements for international transfers.
Retention
Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances: the time required to answer an enquiry and follow up a requested quotation, the duration of an ongoing business relationship, applicable record-keeping requirements and the need to establish or defend legal claims. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal is considered for that purpose; it does not automatically erase records that must be retained on another lawful basis. Cookie lifetimes are shown in the declaration below. Browser storage may remain until removed by the website or by your browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise your rights; no special form is required.
Website information and use
These websites present Leon Inox products and provide contact and support information. Product suitability, dimensions, loads, price, delivery and any specific warranty or commercial conditions must be confirmed for the particular quotation or order. A website enquiry is not an order confirmation.
Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or submit misleading information. Product documents should be read with their stated conditions and current version. Contact us if you identify an error. Links to third-party services lead to content and terms managed by those providers. Nothing in this notice excludes mandatory rights or replaces an agreed contract.
